REFUND POLICY

We would be happy to return or exchange any unused item that you are not satisfied with. Returns and refunds can only occur once the item has been delivered. Please see our shipping policy regarding COVID-19 delays. Returns are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and we always take the time and make the effort to ensure your complete satisfaction. 
 

We do our best to prevent this, however on the rare occasion you receive a defective item, we would be happy to replace at no extra shipping cost to you or we will give you a refund. We are not liable for any damages caused by the parts we sell.
 

We deal with a secured server, therefore once the original transaction has been completed, we no longer have access to your credit card information. If you have an outstanding balance on your order, we will again need your credit card information.
